According to the source, the 39-year-old local resident robbed a store, after which he tried to escape in a car. When the police followed the offender, he stuck a can of alcohol out the window and offered the law enforcement officer a drink.
It is also reported that a few minutes after the incident, the police detained the man with the help of a taser.
