The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion remaster announcement leaked online ahead of schedule. According to journalist Jeff Grubb, the announcement and simultaneous release of the game will take place next week. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is being developed by Virtuos, a studio that specializes in such projects. The remaster is based on Unreal Engine 5, and the developers decided to refine gameplay elements, including stealth, archery, stamina mechanics, and animation. The leak occurred due to an oversight by Virtuos, as a result of which the images were made publicly available. It turned out that the release of the new Oblivion should take place on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
