Mercedes for the price of an old Lada: an electric bike for $3,500

The creation of the German company AMG is called F1 City Edition 750. The bike has a 750 W motor and a maximum speed of up to 45 km/h. By the way, the range is 112 kilometers on a single charge.

For an additional fee ($400), the bike is offered with a smart helmet Mercedes-AMG F1 Team Smart eBike Helmet, connected via Bluetooth.

It is equipped with LED backlighting, which functions as low and high beam, turn signals and brake lights. Information about the intention to turn is transmitted from the bike to the helmet via Bluetooth. The helmet also has a fall detection option. If the user gets into an accident, the helmet will automatically send an emergency message to selected contacts or to the rescue service.
