Famous Australian model and actress Megan Sky Blancada has been sentenced to five years in prison for molesting an underage schoolboy. 
The scandal centers on 39-year-old Megan Sky Blancada, who is known to Australians as a participant in the TV show "Who Wants to Be a Supermodel." In addition, the woman starred in the films "Wolf Creek" and "Hello, It's Me." In March 2024, she admitted that from January 2021 to November 2023, she raped the teenager, who was under 16 at the time.
The unnamed victim said that Blancada began writing to him online, complimenting him and trying to get closer. “It was nice, and that’s how she tricked me. She said that I turned her on, that I looked sexy in my school uniform and that I should send her my photos. She manipulated me, used me and raped me,” the young man said in court. 
According to the investigation, Blancada once managed to spend the night at the boy's family home. There, she followed him into the bathroom and raped him. In another case, sexual contact occurred in the model's car. Although the victim's name has not been disclosed, it is known that at the time of the affair with the model, he was a student at a private school in Adelaide, South Australia. 
The defense tried to play on the fact that Blancada has mental health issues and allegedly did not understand her actions. However, the court considered that a five-year prison sentence was the only appropriate punishment for the model's "criminal and disgusting actions."
