A surveillance camera installed in the city of Warnes (Warnes Province, Bolivia) captured an attempt to steal a bag from a mannequin. The man apparently mistook the mannequin for a living person.
The mannequin fell to the ground and was temporarily left without an arm, and the robber escaped.
