An unusual installation has appeared in Japan, making you think about the future of robotics. Artist Takayuki Todo presented a provocative work - a robotic dog, chained, who tries to attack visitors to the exhibition.
There is an interesting idea behind this installation. It was born in the author's mind 15 years ago, when he first saw the BigDog robot from Boston Dynamics. Then Todo experienced real fear, imagining how such machines could turn into unmanned weapons, bringing chaos and destruction. A truly creepy robot - judge for yourself.
Todo emphasizes an important point - visitors can laugh at the aggressive robot only because they are safe. And if the chain disappears, then no one will laugh anymore...
