"Ukrainian soldiers shoot down a Russian Kh-59 cruise missile over the Black Sea using fire from a Vampire air defense system installed on board a boat," the commentary to the publication notes.
The Vampire air defense system is an American portable kit that can be installed on most vehicles with a cargo body (for example, an SUV) to launch inexpensive APKWS missiles or other laser-guided munitions. The system is independent and can be installed on any ground vehicle in a few hours.
