A resident of British Sheffield witnessed an unusual chase that took place near his home. The police were pursuing a disabled person moving around in an electric wheelchair.
The law enforcement officers blocked the path of the stubborn owner of the mobile vehicle several times, but each time he drove around the obstacle and continued moving.
