Electric Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron Transformed into an Extreme SUV (3 photos)
Audi has partially declassified an extreme off-road electric car based on the Q6 Sportback e-tron crossover. The new model features a huge ground clearance, a new body kit and lighting equipment. The purpose of the SUV is not reported, but, according to some American media, its appearance may be a prelude to the release of some electric model from the Allroad line.
The technical characteristics of the concept have not yet been announced, but judging by the photo, the impressive ground clearance of the electric car is provided by large wheels with Venom Tires Terra Hunters mud tires. In addition, according to some information, the electric car is equipped with onboard gearboxes.
The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron received massive wheel arch extensions and new bumpers designed to improve the geometry of the body. The front one is additionally equipped with towing eyes and a set of LED headlights, and additional lighting equipment is also installed on the expedition rack located on the roof.
Audi showed the coupe-like version of the Q6 e-tron crossover in October 2024. A wide range of power plants is offered for it, but the off-road concept is most likely equipped with the most powerful. These are two electric motors with 489 horsepower and an 83-kilowatt battery with a range of up to 656 kilometers.
