Russians began massive offensive operations in the Kharkiv region
The Ukrainian Armed Forces were ready, the enemy suffered losses, - 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade
On Sunday, December 1, Russian invaders began a massive offensive in the Kharkiv region, in the area of responsibility of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This did not come as a surprise to the Ukrainian defenders - they inflicted losses on the occupiers. The brigade's fighters reported this on Telegram, adding a corresponding video, Censor.NET reports.
"We were ready for the offensive. We are fighting back. The fighting continues," the brigade said.
The soldiers of the 42nd Brigade also announced the minimum confirmed losses of the Russian invaders during the repulse of the attack:
13 killed and 27 wounded occupiers;
2 T-62 tanks destroyed;
2 T-62 tanks damaged;
2 BMP-3s destroyed;
1 armored personnel carrier damaged.
