"There were many Indians with me, they treated us like animals"
Gimire Krishna Bahadur is a Russian army mercenary from Nepal. He was captured in the Bakhmut region. He worked as a security guard in Dubai for two years, after which he decided to sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to pay off his debts.
He says that after he got to the front, he realized how dangerous it was there, but there was no way back. He says that he met many Indians.
"There were many Indians with me, they treated us like animals," the prisoner said.
