Скажу чесно, у мене лісапеда зараз немає, але я ніколи більше за дві атмосфери колеса на ньому не накачував. На гірських треба більше? Зазвичай на покришці має стояти маркування.

Якщо в тобі 40 кг то гаразд. Мені треба більше 3-4 атмосфер, та й їхати легше.
