In the Kursk region, a Russian infantry fighting vehicle, from which occupiers were parachuting in panic, came under artillery fire from fighters of the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade
Artillerymen and aerial reconnaissance personnel of the 22nd separate mechanized brigade repelled an enemy assault on Russian troops who were trying to gain a foothold in a forest plantation in the Kursk region. The occupiers tried to land troops from an infantry fighting vehicle, but found themselves under artillery fire from our soldiers. As reported by Censor.NET, the details of the unsuccessful landing of the Russian Armed Forces were reported on a social network.
"Obviously, the Russians did not expect that Ukrainian soldiers would be so close, and began to land from the infantry fighting vehicle (which almost crushed them) simply under heavy fire, with bad consequences for themselves," the publication added.
About five occupiers managed to jump out of the armored vehicle when the Ukrainian defenders began firing at them. The Russian infantry fighting vehicle drove back, crushing the paratroopers who were behind and hit the vehicle. Some of the Russian Armed Forces soldiers later hid in confusion in the middle of the field.
