In the UK, in Staffordshire, a local pub has come up with a way to keep customers who have had too much to drink and can't get to the urinal on their feet in the toilet. A pillow has been attached to the ceiling for such customers.
So, the toilet in the establishment was equipped with a pillow from a chair, which was attached at head level above the urinal. Drunk customers who decide to go to the toilet rest their heads on it, thus preventing themselves from falling and staggering, and do their business.
For those who can't stay on their feet after a few pints, there is also a handle to hold on to.

"Oh my God. It's funny, disgusting and brilliant at the same time," one user commented.
"Trigonometric urination," another called this trip to the toilet.
