The years take their toll and even rockers get old. 
On their official page, the Leto brothers from 30 Seconds To Mars showed how their concerts go. It turned out that the older brother, 54-year-old Shannon Leto, carries an oxygen bag with him to concerts, which he uses right during the performance. The younger brother, 52-year-old Jared Leto, eats honey during the concert to lubricate his vocal cords and not damage them. The rockers try to keep themselves in shape, but the years still take their toll.
It is interesting that both brothers look pretty good for their age. Both of them are "over 50", and they still look like teenagers. Jared himself claims that proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are to blame. Jared himself denies any plastic surgery. And beauty experts, looking at his photos, suggest that the star regularly does biorevitalization, which helps his skin look toned and radiant, as well as plasma therapy.
We don't know how Jared is doing, but Shannon is clearly into plastic surgery. He lifted his eyebrows, did his nose, eyebrows and chin.
