It is best to weigh yourself once a week, and in the morning, without extra clothes and on an empty stomach. That's what the rules say. But even so, scales can deceive us (or show numbers we don't want to see). So the guy decided to make "fair" scales with his own hands. This idea needs to be patented urgently, before it gets stolen.
