In a Californian city, a crowd smashed and robbed a gas station

A crowd of looters broke into a gas station combined with a store late at night and took away the goods, opening cash registers and ATMs. The damage amounted to 100 thousand dollars.

Owner Sam Mardai estimated that about 80 to 100 people burst into his store and grabbed whatever they could get their hands on.

“The shelves were torn apart, all the food was torn, stepped on or spoiled,” Mardai told the publication.
