A video recording from the phone of the occupier, who filmed the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in the first minutes after the explosion, was published online.

As Censor.NET reports, the video recording was most likely made by an occupier from the 205th brigade of the Russian Army.

“An archived video that has just appeared on the Internet. A serviceman of the 205th brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, which is believed to have been the perpetrator of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station explosion, laughing and rejoicing, films the first minutes of the consequences of the terrible crime of a terrorist country,” the message for the publication notes.
