An unusual incident occurred during a meeting between the teams “Andijan” and “Bunyodkor” as part of the Uzbekistan football championship. The Bunyodkor player deliberately kicked his opponent in the shoulder. The referee noticed this and immediately showed a red card. The Andijan football player was outraged that the injured teammate did not begin to feign. He decided to take control and threw his teammate onto the lawn.

When the Andijan player finally saw that his opponent had been given a red card, he kicked his prone partner in the back. The Andijan football player did not receive any card for his action.

Later it became known that the professional football league of Uzbekistan would submit to the Disciplinary Committee the issue of punishing the athlete for unsportsmanlike behavior.
