In China, the sky turned bright purple

Due to a gas leak at a chemical plant producing fertilizers, the Chinese got off to a very bright start to their daily routine. The plant claims that the release was specifically for “controlled burning” and the smoke does not pose a health hazard.

However, local residents are sure that this is a hoax and danger exists.
