Caught under wheels: in Russia, a bus drove over a teenager’s hand

In Arkhangelsk, a bus dragged a 15-year-old teenager along the road and drove over his hand with its rear wheel. The victim was hospitalized with a fracture.

The teenager got off the bus, but his backpack was caught in the doors. The bus started moving and the victim fell. Investigators and prosecutors organized an investigation.
