A skid that almost led to tragedy
On the morning of January 7, an accident occurred at the 614th kilometer of the M7 highway, near the village of Ivanovka, Morgaushsky district. A 58-year-old resident of the Chelyabinsk region, driving a Chevrolet Cruze, lost control and drove into the oncoming lane under a Ford Transit truck. The impact caused the truck to overturn on its side.
“The drivers of both cars were not injured in the accident. The passengers of the car, a man and two women, were taken to the hospital from the scene of the incident. Two were released home after receiving assistance, one of the victims was hospitalized. The circumstances of the accident are being established,” reports the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chuvash Republic Republic.
