In the center of occupied Lugansk, a car in which there was a former so-called “deputy of the People’s Council of the LPR” Oleg Popov exploded.

The explosion occurred near the Avangard stadium. Local Telegram channels publish videos from the scene of the incident.

The TASS publication, citing occupation “law enforcement agencies,” reported that Popov died.
