A German broke the record for the number of Christmas trees at home (3 photos)
Thomas Yeromin, 57, has collected 555 Christmas trees at home, 89 of which are in the living room. A German man and his wife set a world record for “most decorated Christmas trees in one place.” I wonder if he heard the joke about “Throw out the tree...”?
57-year-old Thomas Jeromin and his wife Susanne from the town of Rinteln in northern Germany set the world record for the “most decorated Christmas tree in one place.” In your own house with an area of 180 sq. m they placed 555 trees, reports the German BILD.
To decorate all this splendor, they needed about 108,000 balloons, 48,000 lights and who knows how many euros.
They placed 89 trees in the living room. Others crowd into the bedroom, hallway, and even the restroom. The achievement was officially confirmed by the German Institute of Records.
The German couple does not forget about saving, even when it comes to their hobby. As electricity prices rise, they switched to energy-efficient LED string lights. And by January 6 they plan to completely dismantle the fairy forest.
Guests come from all over Germany and even from other countries to see the miracle house.
