Only when my friend went to the doctor did he remember that five months ago he had gotten into a fight in a bar and was hit in the face with a sharp object. But he didn’t even suspect that there was a foreign body in his head.





A 35-year-old Vietnamese man complained to doctors about incessant migraines and deteriorating vision. On the X-ray, doctors saw the reason for the man’s poor health.



It turned out that there were chopsticks stuck in the Vietnamese's skull. Apparently, in a fight that happened in a bar 5 months ago, the opponent stuck these same sticks in the Vietnamese’s nose and the victim was walking around with their fragments deep in his nose all this time. By the way, after that brawl, the unfortunate man went to the doctors. They treated the wound, but did not notice anything suspicious and sent the patient home.



After the surgeons removed the foreign bodies using laparoscopic surgery and then closed the fistula, the patient returned to normal life, and migraines do not bother him.
