Vitaly Ioffe came to the hospital in Siversky to see local activist Alexander Pravdin. The latter was admitted to the hospital there this afternoon after being detained by the Gestapo.
73-year-old Pravdin was taken to the 106th police department of the Gatchina district, where a report was drawn up on disobedience to the demands of a police officer. After some time, an ambulance was called to the department, which took Pravdin to the hospital.
It is reported that the journalist and Pravdin’s wife were not allowed into the man’s room, citing Covid. Then three masked people entered the hospital premises, grabbed Vitaly Ioffe, put him in a car and took him away in an unknown direction.
“What kind of people are you?” - asked their wife Pravdina Momagul Alimardonova. In response, the security forces said: “We are not people.”
