The driver drives around the city in a clearly inadequate state. He reacts aggressively to comments from passers-by, “running into” citizens both verbally and literally.

The man added that he had the imprudence to get into an altercation with the hero of the video. As a result, he tried to run him over with a car - or “intimidate” him in such a strange way.
