Truck carrying Buddhist monks rolls into a ditch in Thailand
On October 15, the parents of young novices who were traveling in the back of a truck to Wat Phu Khao Long, in the Songkhla province of Thailand, witnessed a shocking incident.
The vehicle, carrying more than 50 people, was unable to overcome the steep slope and rolled down.
Relatives of the young novices tried to stop the truck that had lost control, but abandoned the risky undertaking.
The driver of the car from which the video was recorded also hurried to leave the path of the truck, the tailgate of which was held by several young extreme sports enthusiasts.
As a result, the heavy truck rolled down the slope of the road and stopped near the edge of the forest. Several monks required medical assistance.
