The Iranian family did not have heirs, so they decided to contact a local realtor to transfer the inheritance rights to their pet. The video of the deal quickly spread online and was noticed by the Iranian authorities, who did not share the joys of the family.
A dog in Iran is considered an unclean animal, so the agent's actions were regarded as a serious offense. The man was arrested, and his company had to close.
