Xiaomi introduced a new cyber-dog (7 photos + 1 video)

Xiaomi introduced a robot dog called CyberDog 2. compared with analogues and the previous version, it is more like dog, and yet - it is even smarter than its predecessors.





This week Xiaomi presented their new creation - robot dog CyberDog 2. The four-legged robot is much smaller and lighter previous version: it weighs 8.9 kg and its height is 35 cm. the new dog also has more interesting features, it can perform more teams, including somersaults and ballet steps. The dog even knows how to ride skateboard and rise to the "paws" in case of a fall. The robot is equipped with more precise control and recognition system with 19 vision sensors, touch and hearing.



Xiaomi also provided CyberDog 2 with self-learning artificial intelligence, which selected 30 thousand generated robot dog models to create different behaviors and reactions. All of this is controlled by the powerful NX Processor. Robot also more mobile than the previous generation due to micro drives CyberGear of our own design. The dog can be controlled with remote control or directly from your smartphone.





The robotic dog is powered by a built-in battery, which active for 90 minutes after fast charging via USB-C. Costs all this pleasure is slightly higher than the previous version. Cost of CyberDog 2 is 1800 dollars.
