One of the visitors to the cafe stole the phone from a 13-year-old girl while she was ordering

When the girl returned, her mobile was not in place. Employees of the organization and vacationing citizens helped to understand the situation of a minor.

Together they looked through the surveillance cameras, which recorded how another visitor, who was sitting at the next table, takes the missing thing from the table and puts it in her bag. She also had two children with her. Kisi Misi, a popular toy among children, which the smartphone thief held in her hands, became a special sign.

At the exit from the park, the girl and eyewitnesses of the incident, who decided to come to her aid, caught up with the alleged kidnapper and asked to return the gadget. However, she ignored the request, got into the car and left.
A statement to the police was written by the mother of the injured girl. It took the police only a few hours to identify the attacker. She turned out to be a resident of the Blagoveshchensk municipal district, born in 1983.

The police detained the woman at her home and took her to the police station. The stolen cell phone was in the bag of the detainee, it was confiscated and returned to its rightful owner.

The investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Blagoveshchensky" opened a criminal case. With regard to the detainee, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a written undertaking not to leave and proper behavior. She faces up to 5 years in prison.
