Can fear and laughter go together? Seems like a horror movie doesn't go well with comedy. However, this is not at all so funny Horror is a highly sought-after sub-genre in cinema that enjoys the love of the audience. And their high ratings speak eloquently about it. So if you've been looking for a couple of fun movies tonight, keep a selection of cool comedy horror films (there are also series and cartoons) with good audience ratings.

"Tower of Terror" (1997)





In the 1940s, five people die in this hotel, and their souls remain terrorize guests. Journalist Buzzy Crocker goes there later many years to regain success with a new exciting story.

"Kommunalka" (2000)



Spanish comedy-thriller with detective elements about a real estate (Julia, left), which, having found a decent amount of money, trying to pull off their theft under the gaze of numerous neighbors.

Ash vs Evil Dead (TV series 2015–2018)



Bruce Campbell as Ash returns to fight again evil dead. But against the background of the problem of the disappearance of mankind the hero needs to establish a relationship with his daughter. All this happens with a clear share of absurdity.

Despite the amount of blood and corpses, the film is an endless tape laughter. One misunderstanding turns the students' vacation into a living hell.

Scream Queens (TV series 2015–2016)



Exaggerated images and playing on stereotypes about American students only make a twisted detective story more colorful with blood and, of course, screams.

Tales from the Crypt (TV series 1989–1996)



The creators of the series were inspired by the comics of William M. Gaines. Terribly funny stories are told by the main inhabitant of the crypt, who likes to spice them up with his biting comments.

"Real Ghouls" (2014)



Viago, Vladislav and Deacon are vampires who are trying to get along in one house, solving everyday problems, and join the modern world. Tagline "Die Not Get Up" perfectly describes the film's hilarious humor. On based on it, the series “What are we doing in the shadows” and “Paranormal Wellington". All of them received deservedly high marks from the audience.
