Huge flying squirrel from Asia

Meet the giant flying squirrel. The average body length of these animals is 40 cm, and they live in the northern part of South Asia, southern China and Southeast Asia.
These animals feed on cones, leaves, as well as fruits and nuts. Sometimes squirrels can also treat themselves to insects.
The giant flying squirrel glides through the air over long and short distances. Cases of flights up to 75 meters and further have been recorded.
