On July 21, in the Altai Territory, a Honda driver noticed a stopped flow of cars at the last moment and did not think of anything better than to "dodge" into the oncoming lane, where he caught a Chevrolet Cruze car head-on with a woman behind the wheel. The Chevrolet driver and three Honda passengers, including two children aged 11 and 15, were injured.
