Thanks to CCTV footage, they were able to track down a teenager who stole a skating rink and caused an accident. The hijacker turned out to be an 18-year-old resident of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. They are already working with him in the city department.

At 1:16 a.m., the city department of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk received a message from the foreman who was in charge of the ice rink that on the evening of July 19, an unknown person stole it from the site near the house at Prospekt Mira, No. 174.

The hijacker crashed into a parked car in the courtyard of house number 32A on Sakhalinskaya Street. He immediately left the cab, and the skating rink collided with a foreign car on the move, which was thrown onto a nearby vehicle.
