A dog named Louis decided to make friends with a porcupine. The meeting went badly.
Dogs are very inquisitive animals, and sometimes this quality plays a cruel joke with them. A boxer named Louis, who lives with his owners in Michigan (USA), recently fully learned the negative side of curiosity when he decided to get acquainted with a porcupine.
Lesson learned
The dog came too close to the prickly beast, and he regarded the actions of the tailed stranger as dangerous. The porcupine defended itself, and as a result, the veterinarians pulled out about a hundred needles from Louis' muzzle and paws. The owner of the boxer hopes that he has learned his lesson and will no longer approach animals with thorns.
