In St. Petersburg, a migrant on a Hyundai Solaris knocked down a 14-year-old girl on an electric scooter. It happened at 9:35 am at a regulated intersection, when a resident of the Northern capital was moving along a pedestrian crossing.
The culprit of the accident was a 36-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan, he was detained. The video, which was published by the St. Petersburg TV channel, shows how the driver wants to slip through the red, but he fails - the schoolgirl, who at that moment was moving along the pedestrian crossing, "blocked" the path. A ninth-grader received a closed fracture of the metatarsal bone of the left foot, she was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity.
