A man who got lost in the 90s with all the attributes of that time, including a shaved head, a leather jacket, a Boomer and a firearm, quarreled with a neighbor over a dog and decided to scare him with a shot from a sawed-off shotgun in the air.
The incident happened last night on Potrebkooperatsia Street in Kirov. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the man sitting in the BMW did not like the remark of his neighbor, who, when asked if his dog bites, replied that he bites. After that, he got out of the car, opened the trunk, took out a sawn-off shotgun, fired into the air, threatening to kill the dog, and then directed the “barrel” towards the fleeing man. The shooter fled the scene immediately after the incident.
The footage shows two men in the car. The fellow driver of the BMW turned out to be more adequate and tried to take away the weapon from him.
The man who shot him was arrested the next day. Frightened of responsibility, he threw his sawn-off shotgun into the forest. The weapon and the car were confiscated from the citizen of Kirov.
