The German studio Brabus, owned by Mercedes-Benz Group AG, presented a project based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S. The supercar received aggressive aerodynamic body kit and modified engine, recoil which was increased to 900 horsepower.
This isn't the first time a production Porsche has been tweaked, but the first when the 911 became part of the Brabus Rocket line. For coupe developed an original aerodynamic body kit made of carbon fiber, which includes new bumper with adjustable splitter, fenders with air intakes, as well as a massive diffuser and a large spoiler. It is alleged that the new plumage works not only for appearance, but also on the distribution of air flows, as it was designed in wind tunnel.
Specially designed studios are used in the suspension of the supercar springs and adjustable dampers. Supercar mounted on forged rims Brabus Monoblock 21 inch for the front axle and 22 inch for back.
3.8-liter boxer "six" is supplemented by custom pressurization system, thanks to which it develops 900 hp. and 1000 Nm. This enough to accelerate to 100 km/ h in 2.5 seconds and gain 200 km/h in 7.2 seconds at a top speed of 340 km/h. Motor accompanied by an Inconel exhaust system with adjustable valves.
The studio does not name the cost of the Brabus 900 Rocket R, but it is known that the studio plans to assemble only 25 of these coupes. In the Rocket line the studio also has more exclusive offers - for example, 900-horsepower pickup truck based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 S, limited to 10 copies copies.
