Unloading the electric car ended in the pursuit of a "runaway" vehicle

Numerous video cameras installed in private homes captured the extremely unsuccessful unloading of an electric car by its owner.
A local resident pulled a heavy bag out of the cab and set the electric car in motion.
As a result, the culprit of the incident, together with the four-legged pet, chased the “escaped” vehicle, which, having knocked down two fences, stopped after some time.
