Friendship of a domestic animal with a wild one, but this also happens! We want to tell you about Tinny and Sniffer - a dog and a fox who became friends and became inseparable.



Tinni is the dog of Norwegian photographer Torgeir Berge (Torgeir Berge), their house stands on the outskirts of the forest, where Thorgeir likes to walk with his pet. During one of these walks, a fox cub joined them. He started playing with Tinny and then followed the dog. Then Berge took a few pictures for the first time, not even suspecting that this day will be the beginning of a great friendship.





The fox cub began to visit the photographer's house regularly in order to to play with Tinny, and soon Berge gave him a name - Sniffer (sniffer translates as "sniffer"). There is a huge gap between these animals, measured by a domestication history of tens of thousands of years. In ordinary circumstances, the dog and the fox would become enemies, but Berge became happy a witness to a unique friendship. Sniffer often ran with Tinny for a walk, and Thorgeir walked behind, observed and photographed. This friendship has become real inspiration for the Norwegian, he even published a children's book, in to whom he told the story of this extraordinary fellowship. By the way, the book sold in Russia.



Alas, this story did not have a happy ending. At some point the fox stopped coming to the photographer's house, Berge suspects that he has become prey of hunters. In his heart will forever remain this charming friendship, a collection of photographs and a book.
