Julia s husband demanded 500 thousand dollars, but the court decided that it would be enough $40,000 in non-pecuniary damages, $20,000 in consumer protection, and $7,000 to her husband are also in as compensation for the mental suffering inflicted.
Having considered the materials, having listened to the arguments of the parties, the court came to the conclusion that the claims filed by the plaintiffs against Alfa-Beauty LLC were not found its justification, in connection with which in the claims against the organization was denied.
