Morning search: how is the daily screening procedure for Wildberries employees

Employees of the popular marketplace are forced to strip down to their underwear so that the clothes are examined by inspectors.

The Wildberries empire has its own laws, and, apparently, they don’t care about employees there. The video caught the daily screening procedure, during which the girls strip down to their underpants and hand over their clothes for inspection. All this is filmed on cameras.

In the video, about a dozen naked girls are waiting in line, one at a time approaching a woman in uniform and laying out clothes for inspection. As one of the former employees of the marketplace explains, this procedure is mandatory and is carried out before the start of each shift.

Wildberries employees cannot bring smartphones, watches, and any non-uniform clothing (except underwear worn over the body) to the warehouse. You can only take a push-button phone, cigarettes and medicines with you. There are no pockets on the uniform, so the workers attach all this goodness to the body as best they can: someone puts the phone and cigarettes in their underpants, someone tapes them to their arm with tape.

Thus, Wildberries monitor security and prevent attempts at theft. And the personal dignity of workers is the tenth thing. Anyone who does not fit these conditions is advised to go to the exit.
