A motorcyclist demolished a grandmother with her grandson at a pedestrian crossing
On the evening of April 18, in Lakes near Moscow, a 43-year-old motorcyclist knocked down a 65-year-old woman and a 5-year-old boy who were crossing the road with bicycles at a pedestrian crossing. The incident was caught on a street surveillance camera.
Grandmother and grandson were taken to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed the child with a traumatic brain injury and a concussion of the brain. The woman received a head injury, a concussion and a fracture of both legs. The motorcyclist escaped with a head injury, a concussion and multiple abrasions.
Eyewitness Elena Lutskevich says:
“They first sent a boy, 5 years old, in an ambulance, screaming a lot, then, in another ambulance, his mother, or grandmother, his legs were broken ... The motorcyclist did not run away, he walked nearby in shock ... There were many traffic cops, and at that time another motorcyclist was on the other side flew by and put the motorcycle on the rear wheel ... "
