Iraqi-born actress and TV presenter Dahlia Naeem was a simple dark-haired girl with a very ordinary appearance. But such the 29-year-old young lady did not like the option. Despite a successful career Dahlia became obsessed with her appearance and was determined to turn into barbie doll. And... the dream came true. She's had 43 plastic surgeries as well as a huge number of cosmetic procedures.
