In a video shared by eyewitnesses, a huge jet is seen gushing out of the ground in the center of St. Petersburg.

According to eyewitnesses, the roadway was flooded due to a burst pipe. Boiling water spouted from the ground. Thick steam rose from the surface of the water. There were parked cars in the flood zone.

“Cars with no visible signs of damage are parked in the defect zone. The company's liability is insured. All real damage will be compensated,” the company said.
