And now the new futuristic and very ambitious a project called "Downtown Circle" created by an architectural firm ZNera Space. "Znera Space" specialists think globally, and on their account more than one original concept.





So, for example, they were engaged in the development of innovative 100-meter buildings to clean the air from smog with nanofilters in the center Indian city of Delhi. And now - a project in Dubai, designed to expand the living space of a city whose population exceeds mark of 3 million people.



In fact, the project "Downtown Circle" is an annular ... even not a skyscraper, but a real city at an altitude of 550 meters, which located around the Burj Khalifa. The planned diameter of this very rings - 3000 meters, and it will be placed on five powerful pillars, in which, in turn, will be hidden elevator shafts and communications.



The ring, according to the plan, will be divided into two diameters by green a park with reservoirs ("Skypark"), necessary to create a natural ecosystems. As planned by the architects, "Skypark" will be able to offer residents of "Downtown Circle" clean fresh air, full natural light and panoramic views of the city. ZNera Space plan to combine in this project different climatic conditions and natural habitats including canyons, sand dunes, waterfalls, caves and tropics.



It is also planned to place wild plants here, organization of a zone for food production, creation special places for collecting rainwater and installing solar power plants, as well as systems for filtering pollutants from air.



As planned by the architects, "Downtown Circle" will be unique multifunctional complex of its kind, which will be an excellent alternative to traditional single, unrelated high-rise buildings in large metropolitan areas. It also provides division of the entire structure into 5 levels, including smaller ones blocks to create a range of residential, public, commercial and cultural places.



But that's not all. According to the project, moving "Downtown Circle" will be implemented through an innovative railway, consisting of a fleet of suspended capsules. They will carry passengers along the outer perimeter of the lower tier of the ring, moving at a speed of 100 km/h. In parallel with this, mobile capsules will be able to provide a 360-degree view of the city below with heights of 500 meters!



Well, as a bonus, so to speak, on the roof of the internal ring "Downtown Circle" will be installed elevated helicopter area. And why not, actually...



The architects of "ZNera Space" have already christened the new project "a continuous metropolis around the Burj Khalifa". On his creation of them was inspired not only by the pursuit of the attention of tourists and the attraction of new capital, but also a banal necessity. The project "Downtown Circle" became a kind of response to the continuous growth of the population and the change in the structure urban centres, especially in Dubai, where there has been a significant increase in the number of skyscrapers has increased.
