A resident of Bashkiria galloped to the alcohol market on a horse
The man knows how to drive for more and still keep his driver's license.
An unusual picture could be observed by residents of the Bashkir Sibay at one of the city's alcohol stores. A man, true to the traditions of the ancestors of horse breeders, riders, galloped into the store on a faithful bay horse, "parking" it at the very entrance.
The vast majority of locals assume that the man rode to the liquor store for more. After all, you can’t drive drunk, and a horse is an excellent alternative and a way out of the situation. True, according to the law, a rider is the same driver, but with a horse everything is a little more complicated - it does not fall under the definition of a vehicle, unless, of course, it is harnessed to a wagon. Nevertheless, traffic inspectors are unlikely to stop the rider if he does not create problems on the road. So it turns out that a faithful horse is able to keep a driver's license in any incomprehensible situation.
