Andy Wilson, 53, from New South Wales, Australia is not wanted to seek help from a manual therapist and independently cracked his neck, lost his sight. It is reported by Ladbible.

The Australian had suffered from back pain since childhood, he applied for help from various chiropractors, but as an adult, he discovered that continuing treatment is too expensive for him.

An attempt to save money led a man to dangerous consequences for life. He began to imitate the movements of experts and straighten his neck without less than twice a day. For 31 years, the Australian cracked his neck without no problems, but everything changed on March 5 when he tore his right artery. As a result, the man was hospitalized with a stroke and three blood clots in the brain, due to which he lost his sight.



"Over the years I have met various specialists, and they all did one single exercise for the neck. I relaxed my muscles and twisted head from side to side. It was an unconscious habit, like crack my knuckles, I've done it at least one or two times a day. I had the TV on and all of a sudden all I heard was it was like digital gurgling. I couldn't feel my limbs. I raised my hand, but it started waving by itself," says the Australian.



Andy was able to call his uncle, Craig Wilson, 64, with which he now lives. The man called an ambulance. However, when medical workers arrived at the scene, they initially thought that Andy has problems with alcohol or drugs. They even at first searched the house.

"I was very sick, I completely lost coordination, I I felt pressure in my head. I was losing my sight, part of my left sight with both sides began to disappear. I was extremely disoriented." the man remembers.

Andy Wilson revealed that he had a stroke due to combination of neck correction and back injury resulting in calcium buildup in the spine and rupture of the right artery, resulting in the formation three blood clots in the brain.

After telling the doctor about what he did to his neck, he I saw horror on the face of the doctor and heard his recommendation never again not to do.

Fortunately, Andy Wilson soon made a full recovery and regained his sight.
