The dog owner broke the man's nose after a remark

In Vladivostok, a man's nose was broken after making a remark. The 54-year-old victim was returning home when a dog without a leash rushed towards him. The hero of the video decided to make a remark to her owner. After a small verbal skirmish, the man received a couple of blows to the face.

In the hospital, the victim was diagnosed with bruises, a broken nose, and a concussion. He contacted the police.
